This spacious ground floor apartment is well maintained and equipped. The lounge and open plan kitchen diner has patio doors leading onto a large patio area with panoramic views of the Pyrenees mountains and overlooking the pool and gardens. Here there is an alfresco dining area with table and chairs.

There is one double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with twin beds and one with bunk beds and another full bathroom. A utility room houses a washing machine, iron, gas central heating boiler, and clothes drying area. Bed linen is provided and bathroom and/or beach towels can be hired.

Santa Anna is centrally located, 2 minutes from the Post Office, near bakeries and grocery stores, and just 10 minutes walk to the town center, sea front, shops, restaurants and blue flag beach.

Magda Park apartment is located near L’Escala marina and has a large balcony area overlooking woodland and the sea beyond.
