Located at the foothills of the Pyrenees, Cataluņa has a micro-climate with daytime temperatures of 12 to 26 °C and up to 75% of days being sunny all year round. It is ideal for all outdoor pursuits and, with world class courses, Cataluņa is a top destination for international golfers. Off season golfing holidays allow you to stay for longer and get more out of your trip. You can expect to play in shirt sleeves even during winter in Cataluņa.
We recommend that our golfers avoid trips during July and August as this is the peak tourist season. Flights and accommodation are more expensive at this time. Golf club rates are higher and courses busier, and temperatures are at their hottest. We will of course be happy to quote for these months.
There are 9 superb golf courses all within a short distance of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea with its wonderful Costa Brava scenery of secluded coves and fine sandy beaches. The PGA Catalunya is already recognised as one of the best courses in the world and together with three of the others is used by the European Tour Qualifying School.
